"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant stay overall. The food was good and enjoyable, although the menu became a bit repetitive after a few days. It was disappointing that only one restaurant was open during our stay, which limited dining options. Also, having no water available in the room was an inconvenience. With a few small improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience."

"The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many couple we spoke to and like many reviews show. We actually were given a different room for the 1st night because our original room was broken. Meaning we had to move room the following morning and couldn’t unpack and relax the night of arrival. The room was bigger and reception made it sound like they were giving a complimentary upgrade (for 12 hours), though it was only because they had to and it actually gave us more inconvenience. As a ‘sorry’ we got given the same fruit platter and sparkling that we would have got anyway as it was our honeymoon. After that bad start the rest of the stay was lovely. "

"Wonderful base for a fantastic stay in Crete! The kids loved the pool and we watched the sunset from the beach which was 2mins away almost every evening. View of the sea whilst we were having breakfast or dinner on the balcony was a joy. There was easy access to the main road for day trips in the car, but everything we needed (supermarket, cafe, restaurants) were also in walking distance and we spent at least 2 days just between the house and the beaches. As well as the smaller beach 2mins away, the bigger beach was great to swim from, build sandcastles and walk along with an ice-cream.Host was excellent, really friendly and went above and beyond for us. Wonderful!"
