"Our host Marty was great, very attentive and easy to get in touch with.Beautifully appointed property in a quiet neighborhood right on the water. Attention to detail is above and beyond. Had everything and more, you could possibly need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.Great for dogs, yard was safe with toys to use. Neighborhood was very quiet and really nice to walk around. Our pup had an absolute blast playing in the water and exploring everything.Thank you Marty, Ron and Rosie"

Country Beach House- With a new pet friendly pool

"Excellent location. Reasonable priced. Clean. Great communication with host. Kitchen was well stocked. However, the furnishings were poor and uncomfortable. The beds especially were unexceptionable. The beds were as advertised but cheap creaking frames with loose legs made us opt for mattresses on the floor to get a good night sleep. Lawn furniture also needs to be upgraded. Overall it was a good experience and we would return if the bed frames were replaced with actual sturdy bed frames."

"A few areas for improvement would be updating some of the furniture. While the home was very clean overall, a few pieces showed signs of wear, likely due to the property's pet-friendly nature. Some furniture had bottoms that appeared chewed or were beginning to flake.We would also have appreciated a little more attention to the outdoor landscaping. The flower beds were somewhat overgrown, and moss had accumulated around the concrete area near the screened-in porch and pool. These suggestions would just help the curb appeal of the beautiful rental unit. That said, these issues did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.The pool was our favorite feature of the rental, and our kids absolutely loved spending time there. It provided a wonderful place for our family to relax and make memories.Overall, the home was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I selected this property for our family vacation that included two sons and their families (4 grandchildren) and my nearly ninety- two year-old mother in law. The pool and pool deck and the view and breeze from the bay were phenomenal and my family enjoyed many happy hours there. We received great responsiveness about a couple of minor issues from management company. Property is located in a great area with proximity to restaurants, Publix and bridge to Navarre Beach. We would definitely consider this property again for a future visit!"
