"This is a nice house in a great lake front location, with lots of amenities. The only thing I would flag is that the listing says "Wheelchair accessible" which in my opinion is not accurate. No bedrooms on the main level, one has to use stairs, and the stairs to basement and down to lake have no railing, so it's a challenge for someone with limited mobility. But if thats not an issue for you I think this is a great place for a lake vacation."
Sebago Lake... charming 2 bedroom WATERFRONT cottage. Dock, mooring, & SUNSETS

"This cottage is truly a vintage gem! Owners are meticulous when it comes to caring for the inside of the cottage as well as the grounds. Communication with the host was great from day one. Location is perfect! There are views of Mt. Washington and the presidential range, sunsets, and just a quick paddle to the basin (around the corner and under the bridge) for exploring and viewing wildlife like loons, turtles, and bald eagles. Beachfront with dock is perfect for swimming or just floating around. Water shoes are a must for those with tender feet as it is pebbly walking out to get to deeper water and there is no ladder to climb back up onto the dock. Friends were able to pull up and dock their pontoon boat with ease and there is also one mooring available. Plenty of varied outdoor seating options including a picnic table and a large fire pit. King bed in main bedroom was very comfortable and ceiling fans/AC also worked great when needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are also very close and convenient, so you don’t have to waste any time away from the lake! We’ve stayed at multiple spots on Sebago and this is our favorite. It will not disappoint!"

"We loved our stay! The place was spacious and cozy and retro in the best way. We had everything we needed and then some. It was a perfect spot for our families - the swimming from the dock was great, the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed, and the movie selection was great for a rainy day! Highly recommend!"

"VRBO does not have the correct address on their site nor in the directions. A kind neighbor gave us the correct address.and then check-in went smoothly.The house is in a lovely setting with a gorgeous view,but the house is “tired.” The lights and electric outlets in the dining room and sunroom do not work. We were informed of electrical issues after check in. The upstairs shower leaks into the pantry. We had to vacuum the futon before using it.Our family made wonderful memories together in spite of the condition of the house. For that I am grateful!"

"Great host! Kevin was easy to reach and easy to talk to. We really had no issues so didn't need to communicate much but when we did he was great.Super water front. Clean, everything you need was there. We had littles ones so the swim areas were great for them. Great views and a perfect spot on the lake. House is well equipped and very comfortable, especially the A/C in each room. We've been vacationing at Sebego for over 30 years and although it was a little pricy you do get what you pay for. We would definitely rent again."

"The farmhouse was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room, and exactly as described and pictured. We had all of the amenities that we needed for a week long stay. Loved the proximity to the lake and the amount of outdoor space for our dogs to run! Owners were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!"
