"The pool side had some seating but you had to pay for a good location. I have seen extra charges for cabanas and luxury seating but not reg. seats in the sun"

"Great location, very clean, and peaceful."

"Condo was very nice and comfortable. There were tv in every room and comfortable beds. Kitchen was very nice and fully stocked with very thing you would need. Bring extra wash clothes and towels. They furnish 2 wash clothes and two towels only, reguardless how long you are staying. The courtyard was so peaceful with fountains and a pool. The walk to the beach is very close and there is a Pier. We will most differently be back."

"Everything about the listing was true. Unit was very clean and well equipped. An easy walk to the beach and great communication. "

"This condominium is in an old building. The floors are old and not level & the doors stick. The grout in the master bath shower needs to be replaced. That’s the only negatives. Everything else about the place was wonderful. We stayed there for 28 days and had a fantastic experience. It’s a short walk to a great beach. The grounds and the swimming pools are well taken care of."

"We enjoyed out stay at this property despite the weather. We were able to get away from home for a few days for some r & r. We had to leave early because of a family emergency and the host was very understanding. We will reconsider staying here again if we find ourselves returning to Hilton Head Island."
