"Property was in a perfect spot for getting around the North Shore and over to the Hampton as well. Plenty of room and the back cottage can accommodate another couple/small family. Lived the outdoor space and the surrounding area. Definitely would come back here again - AND the owners were super easy to work with and very quick to respond to our questions!"

"We had a great time at the cottage. Great beach vibe on the interior, awesome backyard for the kids and dog, very well located to beach and walkable to Mattituck. Super easy to get to all areas of North Fork to visit wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc."

"This adorable cottage was a perfect retreat for the two of us. We enjoyed being so close to the water and the very quiet neighborhood. The house is in a prime location near great restaurants and boutique vineyards that NoFo offers! Our host was extremely attentive and available to us during our stay. The house if exceptionally maintained, very clean and brand new! We will return soon!"

"Lovely house, wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, all amenities stated were exceptional. Host made check in and check out extremely smooth and answered all questions before and during our stay. So many things to do, like shopping in town, the beach, restaurants. We had such an amazing stay at NOFO."

"House is very nice - spacious, clean and lots of sunlight. Loved that everything is on one floor. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Location is great - convenient to all and very quiet. Only slight downside is the outdoor area (patio, patio furniture, pool furniture) were old and in dire need of cleaning. An upgrade on these would have made it an excellent rating."

"We loved the house! Great layout with bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the house providing privacy and space for family travel. The open living room and kitchen made a great area to relax together and share meals. And yard was the highlight - beautifully landscaped and fully fenced in with a grill and comfortable seating. The house is a great location on the north fork to get to all of the attractions. Hosts were very responsive to questions even over a holiday weekend. We would love to come back!"
