"Trisha was friendly and accommodating and was quick to respond when I contacted her. The rental was just what I had expected. The snacks were an added treat and I was so appreciative when I found a package of floss in the bathroom when I ran out! It’s a very peaceful place to stay.I appreciated that when she learned that I’m not a “dog person”, she kept her 2 dogs inside upon my arrival!Thanks Trisha for a great stay!"

The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit.What really set this property apart was the thoughtfulness behind it. Everywhere I turned, I found another detail that made me think, “They’ve thought of everything.” From the amenities to the comfort of the space, it was clear that the hosts had carefully considered what would make their guests feel welcome and at home.The result was a stay that felt both relaxing and effortless. We spent our days enjoying the beautiful surroundings and our evenings appreciating a home that was as comfortable as it was charming. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay on Whidbey Island."

"My husband and I stayed here as part of an impromptu long weekend with our three year old pup. The location is wonderful. It is close to Clinton and Langley and most importantly Double Bluff Beach, which our dog adores. The house was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed a relaxing stay. We would be happy to stay here again."

"Our Memorial weekend at the end of Seahawk Lane was Great! This year we chose this spot to avoid the 4HOUR journey to/from the WA/OR coast that has been our go-to for past 40 yrs; this is now a new destination. Everything listed on the website was spot on compared to other locations we have used. Pros: A) Heated (enclosed) sport pool, loved it at least 2/3 times a day (Kids vote ***** stars) B) Steps to the semi private beach and plenty of yard space for games (supplied) C) Interior is as pictured, all (6 adults 3 littles) had good nites' sleep D) Kitchen has all you need (best utensil drawer I have seen) E) Very quiet spot for a local adventure; just a 1 hour drive down Whidbey Island from the north or a pleasant ferry ride from Mukilteo.Con: Only 1; the steps to the beach, just 30/40 feet a little tricky without help for those somewhat unstable"

"Overall this location on Whibey Island on the lake is wonderful. The house itself has a lot to offer but was not kept up super well. It’s beyond being old. It’s a-shame because for instance the view is amazing and has multiple places to enjoy the views from but the furniture for the most part is in disrepair or simply covered in bird poop. Hard to want to sit in it. Game room was awesome! Large TV we could not get to connect to the spotty WiFi so of that’s what you need this isn’t the place potentially. We did not care too much and the kids ended up watching a movie on a iPad… would have been better on the TV but couldn’t get it figured out. All and all if you are very finicky, this probably isn’t the house for you. It is a large house that fits multiple families and we had a great time, but there are definite compromises that need to be made."

"The house was a perfect spring break getaway for two families! The kitchen was extremely well stocked,the view was spectacular, and the beachside fire pit was a hit for adults and kids alike. The host was gracious, helpful, and made check in/out a breeze. Would def stay here again! "
