Dinorben Arms Hotel

"We stayed here recently for 4 nights. The whole area of Amlwch is slightly run down (like many places nowadays) but the Dinorben arms is the beating heart of the community- supported by locals for food/drinks. The breakfasts and the evening meals are freshly cooked always hot & the food is simply superb. You will not find a breakfast or any food better for the price anywhere- the drinks were excellent & reasonably priced too. It's a proper old fashioned pub/hotel run by a family including 3 generations and i hope the place is open for many years to come. Do not hesitate to either stay here or visit just for food - fantastic."

"Great place to stay, it’s really modern and clean! Brilliant views of Bull Bay and a convenient location to travel to other areas of Anglesey. The host let us know all of the relevant information in advance and checking in was really smooth. The only downside we found was the bed in the en-suite bedroom wasn’t put together properly as there were multiple missing screws so the bed felt like you were going to fall through it but this can easily be fixed!"

"Cottage is small but warm, plenty of outdoor space in the garden to let the dog out. Great base to explore the island, there are two pubs and a chippy as well as a cafe all within walking distance. The bathroom is spacious and well thought out in terms of the space available. TV is a smart TV so has Netflix etcâ€¦ parking is on street parking but that was fine as thereâ€™s plenty of space on the pavement opposite."

"Just great. The house was thoughtfully kitted out with everything you might need during your stay. Four spacious bedrooms, living room with an open fire, sunny boot room just off the kitchen, ample hot water, central heating and cosy lighting throughout. The house was so close to the coastal path with many pubs, restaurants, fish and chips within a short drive. We would definitely visit again."
