"This hotel was gorgeous!! Perfect beach, like a dream. The upgraded room was beautiful and worth every cent. The only reason I am rating this slightly lower, is because 60% of the staff is SO rude. To start off positive- the morning breakfast staff were so kind and welcoming. The beach bar staff- SO great! Maybe 1 of the receptionists and room service, also kind. Besides for that- never in my life have I stayed at such a beautiful hotel with such unfriendly staff. Practically anytime we would try to kindly ask for help (a taxi reserved, reservation at dinner, to pay the bill at the hotel restaurant), we were met with an eye roll and unfriendly reply. Not sure if it’s a cultural difference but it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced this in Europe or Italy specifically- so worth noting!! Still the pros outweighed the cons and we had a great time once we changed our expectations of the level of service. <3"

"We had a wonderful and relaxing weeklong stay at the Seaside Hotel. Our room was cleaned each morning while we enjoyed the best breakfast we’ve had in Sicily (and that’s really saying something!). The location made beach access effortless. There were many restaurants and shops close by and the train station is about a ten minute walk. We will definitely return!"

The famous Sicilian warmth pervades every part of the experience. Suites are large, comfortable, and family-friendly. The entire resort caters to people of all ages, with morning yoga classes and children’s activities on the beach and live shows in a small outdoor theatre that allows children of all ages to be entertained while the family eats the best pizza in Sicily. "My accommodations were comfortable. The restaurant provided a nice breakfast selection especially the cakes and fruit. In addition they provided delicious coffee choices and croissants. The dinner menu has many selections everything was fresh and delicious. The cannoli was outstanding. The staff was very helpful as I had difficulties with my travel they solved my problem kindly and professionally. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful particularly Marielena(sic) who with her warmth and attention made my solitary dining experience very pleasant. Thank you again."
