"Perfect location, right by the Neuschwanstein bus and carriage stops and the path up to Hohenschwangau castle, and a very short walk to the lake. Lovely restaurant - we booked a table through reception and had a table looking up at the castle. Our room was very quiet. The only slight downside was no aircon so the room was very warm (a fan was provided). Staff were very helpful. There was a small car park for guests - we arrived relatively early so didn't have any issues getting a space although there weren't enough spaces for all guests. The main town car park was nearby though. We'd highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a very modern, chic and trendy hotel. Very clean and the location was great. We were traveling with our family and the bathroom was a little challenging because there are no doors to the bathroom or shower. The shower drain clogged, and because there is no lip in the shower, water went all over the bathroom (but the staff cleaned it up quickly). I think this was the market rate for other hotels in Fussen, but it was expensive, and breakfast and parking wasn’t included. Maybe just not the right fit for our family, but a couple looking for a fun getaway it would be awesome."

"Amazing location, the food at the restaurant is incredible, the breakfast buffet is a great value for a large selection of food. BUT not all of the rooms have A/C, and if you are going in the summer, you MUST make sure that you book a room with A/C. The hotel lent us a fan to use in our room but honestly it didn’t help. We were unbearably hot in our room. We slept with the windows wide open and it was noisy out on the street late into the night, and then started again at 5am. We barely slept during our 4 nights there. But if you can lock in a room with A/C, this is a great hotel."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and all the facilities were in top condition. As someone who likes to work out while travelling, I found the gym to be surprisingly well-equipped. The breakfast had a good variety, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Quiet, comfortable, super clean, easy access to the Castle busses. Family run and cared for. Must be new since the building had that new-rug smell and everything was in perfect condition. Highly recommend!"

"Da wir immer alles dabei haben hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Ganz toll fand ich die Waschmaschine die wir auch genutzt haben. Wäschetrockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen findet man im Keller in der Waschküche. In der Garage befand sich die Mülltrennung welche super erklärt war. In der Küche stehen Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine als auch eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher bereit. Uns haben die vorhandenen Gegenstände in der Küche vollkommen ausgereicht bis auf eine 2. Pfanne. In der Wohnung selber haben wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht: einfach "Hammer" Da freut man sich sofort aufs aufstehen. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen."

"The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff, particularly Dami (?), was very kind and helpful. The breakfast offerings were unbelievable--definitely take advantage of that. Also, make sure to take a bike to the castle. It's a lovely bike ride and easier to manage. Just really pay attention to the warnings to get there 1.5-2 hours in advance. The grounds were well kept and had a lovely view of the castle. The only thing that was a bit hard to figure out were the spa facilities and how to use them. An orientation could be helpful."

"Hotel has a very clean environment and has ample parking. Breakfast options could be improved a little but was still great. Staff was super friendly at check and check out. Restaurant staff was very polite and smiling. The room offered spectacular views of the castle in the day and at night. Will definitely come back some day."
