"Eveything is great. Brian new. Only complaint is parking is over priced. €25 per day for each day you are there. Be ready for a parking bill if there for a while. "
"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Very cute spot. The area around isn't the most exciting (except the super busy McDonald's drive thru right next to the building), but it's a nice 20min walk to the old town. Apartment is cute and has all the essentials one needs. It also looked quite clean. Would defs stay there again. "

"My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were driving down to Split for our primary stay and flew in from Scotland with the only direct flight to Croatia being Zadar. We wished we could've stayed a little longer because Villa Mirakul is a beautiful property and we would've loved some time to explore the area. We unfortunately had a delayed flight so we were going to be past the cutoff time for check-in, but the host was amazing and left instructions for us to get in. Very clean room and easy navigation to the parking area. Hope we can return one day for a longer stay!"
