House is 100 steps from the ocean and also 100 steps away from bay beach, full sunset views over the bay beach, playground, windsurfing, pickle ball, basketball, dog park, stand up paddle board/kayak rentals and weekly outdoor concerts. 2 blocks from Long Beach Township Friday Firepit nights and 5 blocks from ice cream + burgers.
