"Loved the location and the amenities. Housekeeping was a little behind property standards in my opinion. Basically just pulled up our bed linens and replaced towels. Dirty glasses not replaced and new water not replaced. One day we got no housekeeping service by 4:45 and had to tell front desk. Not to mention cable tv service was out for a complete day. I called front desk and they told me maintenance was on the way up and they never showed up-Two different times in one day. Weirdly, this room had no drawers to store clothes in. Still, we enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly and welcoming."

"Paul was great with communication. We needed to contact him on several occasions and he was always very responsive. The apartment is very nice; good location, good size. When we checked in there were three long dark hairs in the bathtub which made us wonder how well the rest of the apartment had been cleaned and the bathroom floor needed sweeping. We would have appreciated a rubber mat in the tub to keep us old folks for falling. The last thing is that the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side so we had to pull it out and rotate it 90 degrees to have good access to both sides of the bed."

"Pros: Excellent location. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Park across the street with walking trails, playground, and splash pool. Short walk to a pedestrian bridge across the interstate. Space inside was just as pictured. I especially loved how separate the upstairs room and bathroom were. My kids could be up there and have their own space without waking anyone downstairs.Cons: Strong smell of urine- especially upstairs. Visible urine marks on carpet in the office area upstairs. A quick carpet cleaning is much needed. Also, as others have mentioned, the refrigerator door. It doesn't close correctly and you need to use two hands to lift it. My kids weren't able to do this, so it was so annoying that they couldn't go in and out of the refrigerator on their own."

"Spacious, clean and well appointed. Great directions.King size bed had hill and valley. Also, bed noisy when you rolled over. Full size bed was great.Last time I took a shower in a claw foot tub was in college. I had forgotten how much “fun” it was."
