"Location right on beach is what you are paying for- the beach is beautiful and steps from the hotel. Staff is great and very friendly. Rooms are average and need maintenance. The light over the shower had water coming through it (scary) and the door to the room whistled when the wind blew. Food choices are limited and way over priced for the quality. Dinner at Balene was disappointing - my lobster was chewy. No other eating establishments are close enough to walk to so you have to either drive or order food if you don't want to eat onsite the entire time. Overall we had a nice time because we came for beach and sun, but would not stay here again. "

"Definitely worth the price (as in - you get what you pay for - if you want luxury, this is not - but it suited me just fine) The location was great, the amenities were enough, the rooftop pool was super, the place was in need of some TLC (as other reviews stated along with there being a lot of construction around) but all-in-all it was nice. "Location, location, location! This property is one block to the Naples Beach. You cannot be closer than this. Also, the price and value is tremendous The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly Clean. Osi and her husband are truly generous wonderful people and they could not do enough for us with any concerns, questions or requests that we had.The unit is out fitted with every possible amenity you might need including supplies in the kitchen, Kleenex, zip locks, and so on. The parking is very close to the unit just one level down and there is an elevator for luggage. All the beach items are provided, including a cart making it super easy to go to the beach.There is some construction on both sides of the property, but there was no noise as a result. It is just unsightly. It is a smaller space and the only thing that is lacking would be a larger closet. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will stay here again if it is available!"
