"The house was very cute and clean. The location was great. It was easy to put our boat in the water and explore the river and the gulf. The river was beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking and morning coffees on the dock swing watching the gorgeous nature all around."

"Host is very prompt with communication. Don’t have to wait long for a reply. Everything is as advertised in the pictures. Couple things that were inconvenient was the few dead roaches in the house that we removed when we first got there and there was no lighter fluid or lighter to be found on the property for the fire pit. Had to go to the nearest store to purchase those items. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was awesome. We would definitely stay again."

"We stayed here about 8 years ago and loved it. We tried to reserve it again a few times over the last few years, but it was always reserved. We finally got lucky and were able to reserve it for our Weeki Wachee vacation. It was just as we remembered it, maybe even a little nicer. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly appointed and equipped. I can't think of a thing we needed that we didn't have.We loved sitting on the elevated deck watching the canal as fish swam by, it was so relaxing. We paddled up the Weeki Wachee (best done during the week as the weekend can get pretty wild) and we paddled out to the Muddy River. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely try to rent The Tree House again."

"We had an amazing stay at this riverfront home during our first visit to Weeki Wachee! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The downstairs patio was one of our favorite spots—it was the perfect place to hang out and unwind.The access to the river couldn’t have been easier, and the property was fully equipped for enjoying time on the water, which made the experience even better.Any time I had a question, the host responded quickly and was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.We truly loved our stay and will definitely be coming back again!"

"Overall very pretty house in a nice location. Kayaks were nice. House was very clean on arrival. Good parking for 3 trucks and a boat trailer. Overall reservation making, payments, and communication was a bit difficult as sometimes owner would communicate via text and other times via Vrbo. Within Vrbo there were 2 email chains going. Became confusing when it came to communicating. Dishwasher was non-functional so had to go purchase paper plates/cups/bowls and plastic silverware since we had 8 people and didn’t want to hand wash dishes all day. I feel like they could have offered me a credit for the fact that I had to go out and purchase all the paper products separately. Also, although the house itself was nice, it is more like a 6 person max and not an 8 person max. Impossible to sleep 4 in that one room with two trundle beds as there wasn’t enough room to have both beds out at the same time. Again, overall it was nice but a bit packed and ate off of paper for the stay that I had to pay for."

"My husband and I brought our one year old daughter and we had such a great time. The host was friendly and helpful, the place was clean and there was everything we needed. They have kayaks and paddle boards for use, we took our canoe to Roger’s park which was only about a 10 minute or so ride from the rental and had dinner at upper deck. Highly recommend!!"
