- Escape to this lovely house in picturesque Baylys Beach. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 sofa, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, wood fire heating, and a washing machine during your stay. The 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all feature showers for added comfort. Plus, there's an additional office space with a cozy sofa bed for extra flexibility. Large garden for children to play. Well appointed kitchen with all cutlery. Two BBQ areas to select from, either on the deck or outside by the garden. We think our place will help you experience everything Baylys Beach has to offer.

Excellent stay, very accomodating in terms of essentials provided . Spacious. Warm and inviting . Convient location, walk way to view of Baylys beach . 30 minutes from Kai Iwi Lakes . Would definitely book again in future, and recommend to family and friends. Thanks so much .

Everything was good except that the TV did not cast as it was too old and the bedroom configuration was not helpful for adults sharing living accommodation, i.e. two of the bedrooms were accessed by going through the other room with sleeping accommodation. It would have been helpful to know this for privacy reasons for our group. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and were very happy.
