Erholen und entspannen Sie sich auf unserem bewirtschafteten Bauernhof der malerisch zwischen dem Lattengebirge und Hochstaufen eingebettet ist. Ein kleiner idyllischer Bachlauf plätschert durch Ihre private Liegewiese und lässt Sie neben grünen Wiesen und Wäldern Ihren Alltagsstress vergessen. Unsere im ländlichen Stil eingerichteten Wohnungen befinden sich in ruhiger sonniger süd-west Lage. Unsere großzügigen Wohnungen verfügen über getrennte Wohn - Schlafräume, Holz oder Lamminatböden, Bad mit DU/WC, Küche teils mit Geschirrspüler, mit Balkon oder Terrasse und Liegewiese.WLAN ist für unsere Gäste kostenlos. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Durch die Nähe zu Salzburg, Berchtesgaden und Bad Reichenhall sind wir idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen - Berg-Rad und Wandertouren. Im nahe gelegenen Österreich und Berchtesgaden kommt im Winter der Skispaß für Anfänger und Könner nicht zu kurz. 1,5 km entfernt von unserem Hause befindet sich eine wunderschöne beleuchtete Rodelbahn. Haustiere sind nur nach Rücksprache willkommen.
In unserer ländlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wohnen Sie auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer - eines mit einem Doppelbett, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Von hier betreten Sie unsere glasüberdachte Terrasse und Liegewiese an einem idyllischen Bachlauf mit Bergpanorama - ein geradezu idealer Platz zum Grillen.

Von den Schafzimmern im Erdgeschoss führt eine Treppe nach oben in ein Durchgangszimmer mit einem weiterem Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und die Küche mit Sitzecke und Fernseher runden das Raumangebot im Obergeschoss ab.
Kostenfreies WLan. Unsere Räume sind mit Fußböden aus Holz oder Laminat ausgestattet. Ein Kinderreisebett stellen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.

Hunde sind nur nach vorheriger Absprache erlaubt.

Herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber. Wohnung auf zwei Etagen, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, großer Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral und man kann von dort aus alles schnell erreichen. Über die Straße ist man gleich in Österreich, Salzburg ist gerade mal 20min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch Frau Aschauer, der Brötchenservice hat einwandfrei funktioniert- Punkt 7 lagen sie vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und vielleicht noch ein bisschen mehr. Es gibt sogar einen schönen Garten zur Wohnung, mit einem kleinen Bach - ideal für Kids. Das einzig gewöhnungsbedürftige, war die Treppe nach oben/unten zu den 2 Schlafräumen und der Terrasse. Große Menschen müssen echt aufpassen- gilt auch für die Dusche. Preisleistung war perfekt! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

De accommodatie was goed. Prima prijs kwaliteit. De WiFi was zeer slecht, het is toch wel fijn als je ‘s avonds terug komt in het huisje en je de krant even kan lezen op je iPad.

Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat. Die Kommunikatuon und die Schlüsselübergabe mit den Gastgebern verlief sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. ;)

Kleiner Bauernhof in guter Lage nahe Bad Reichenhall

Wohnung ideal um das Berchtesgadener Land zu entdecken. Sehr nette Vermieter, ruhige Lage, Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Ausreichend Platz für 3-4 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top verblijf op korte afstand van skigebieden

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Bayerisch Gmain. Ons doel was om in Lofer en Leogang te gaan skiën en dat was geen enkel probleem vanuit deze locatie. Het contact met de familie verliep uiterst prettig en correct en ook de ontvangst was erg hartelijk. De woning is zeer schoon en de bedden zijn erg fijn. Als we weer een verblijf in deze regio zoeken, zullen we zeker deze plek wederom overwegen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren super bequem und die Wohnung fast schon zu groß für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Der Zugang zum Garten war ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Es gab zudem einen Brötchenservice.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten und Bach

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern 5 Tage dort und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr gemütlich und der Garten mit dem Bach der mitten durch fließt ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es gibt einen Brötchensevice. Vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
