"We thoroughly loved this hotel stay in Gili. This hotel is on the west side of the island, far enough from the parties that you sleep well and it’s quiet. Our villa with a pool was absolutely lovely, the outdoor bathroom was a fun experience. The staff here was so nice and welcoming and made sure we were being taken care of. Being on the west you get the sunset and enjoying this every evening by the pool or restaurant lounge beds was amazing, they even had acoustic music every night. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel. Brand new and clean. Great staff! Loved our breakfast choices. They helped me retrieve my loss necklace that had fallen out of my bag the night before at dinner. Front desk gal was wonderful and assisted me with that. We felt that our bed was a little bit too hard so they padded it for us. That was really cool that they went out of their way to make us happy and service our every need! Amazing sunset location at the beach! "

"This property was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to anybody visiting the Gili Islands! It’s brand new, super clean and modern, and the staff was so incredibly nice and friendly! Especially our concierge, Frendi, who was very responsive and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. "If you’re looking for a place to stay at in Lombok that’s a true indulgence and focused on making you feel like a VIP, as well as closer to North Lombok, the waterfalls and of course easily accessible to the Gili Islands, the Oberoi is it! Amazing service and food! Everything was taken care of before I could even ask. I traveled solo and they were sure to make me feel so welcome and pampered. Their chef Ansel is just the best. Each and every single dish I had was just phenomenal. They even sent me a recipe for one when I told them it was heaven! The activities from the hotel were so good as well. Convenient and reasonably priced. I had four spa treatments and each left me in complete relaxation and just…light. The property is clean and well taken care of. Their tea time at 4:30 is a full on spread. They have cocktails at happy hour which are buy one get one….and so many other things just complimentary for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Lombok. What you get for your money is incredible. "

"Probably the best spot to stay on the island, pool overlooking beach and promenade, it’s really hot on the island so we were grateful not to have a big resort to walk around, AC works well for sized rooms, best guitarist playing live music on the pool, in the center of everything. The staff sometimes like to have high context conversations and little attitude not sure what that’s about. Others are super friendly and professional. "
