"This is a new listing and you can tell the host has made great efforts to make it one that will be recommended. Many nice touches. Very comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. View from the balcony is amazing and it is a safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room was as pictured. The view from the balcony was very nice. The check-in process was easy. The bar was nice, but the drinks were pricey and the food was not that great. I was disappointed there was not more live music at least a few nights. The shower kept going from hot to cold without touching the handle. The refrigerator froze all of our food so most of it was wasted. The beds were comfy, but the sheets were not soft. It was rough on the skin, especially when your sunburn burned. Overall our stay was pleasant thank you."

"First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. You may want to look at the property first, the neighborhood is sketchy but was quiet. I was under the impression that the price I paid on Expedia was it but I had to pay more to the owner the day of for a cleaning fee and deposit. Recommend having someone stay with you."

"The room has a lovely view over the bay. The property is located in a quiet idyllic street And is a level bike ride along a beach then through the university to the vibrant downtown. I didn’t get in my rental car the entire stay.The host was fantastic. I stay in Vrbos because I love meeting people and making new friends. I will certainly stay here again. If you are looking for a quiet lovely place… this has a lot to offer. I’d give 6 stars if possible "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! "
