"Serene and quiet. No direct view of the lake, but a one minute walk put you on a Beautiful bi-Level dock with a view of most of the lake.Bed was very comfortable.Be prepared to walk some stairs.Had a minor issue with the heating system. But Tina was quick to respond and assist via text."

"Super clean, reminded you of stay from years gone by. Attractions were closed for the season. Understandable but would be nice if a few more things were open at least for short hours during off season especially spring and fall as the lake was certainly warmer than the ocean and more suitable for younger swimmers. But overall a great experience for a get away with the kiddo. Local restaurants we tried were all tasty. Definitely recommend."

"This is the 2nd year my family has stayed at the mansion. It is a great fit for my family of 11, and could honestly hold more if needed. There are very few rentals at White Lake for a family that large to stay together in one house, and even less that have 3 bathrooms, so that is a plus. The kitchen is big and spacious with all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, silver wear, glasses, mugs, strainers etc. that you could need. We love the big table for 12 in the HUGE dining room for all of us to sit and have meals together. As well as the small 6 top table in the kitchen for breakfast and lunch when we tend to eat in shifts. There is also a long island to line up food like burger fixings and sides, or tacos, or any meal really. Ample seating and table on the back porch, and private pier are nice. The owners are super nice and super quick to answer any questions. A few Improvements I would love to see.1. Dressers in the rooms as we like to unpack our clothes. There is a wire shelf in some rooms you can hang and put things. 2. Some of the dining room chairs are kind of wobbly, and the backs are coming loose. 3. Maybe a keypad entrance instead of key, as we only got 1 key and sometimes the family split up and didn't know who would get back first. There are also some glass double doors inside, 3 sets that I can think of that are super hard to lock. 2 sets we never could get to lock and so we had to tie rope around the handles to secure.Overall a great place for a large group."

"We loved our staff the best place we have stayed at White Lake. We have been coming for years. The house was so spacious five bedrooms was great never had that much room before. The best was three bathrooms no one having to wait to go. Tonya has everything you could need. Because of my past stay with others I over packed. She had towels linens. There was even a crock pot. Tonya has really thought of everything. This was my grand daughters first trip and she loved it she called it the lake house. Hope to come back soon."

"This is the second time we have been to white lake in this exact listing. Chris is great to work with and the place is so clean and comfortable! My family really enjoys a week that is quiet and relaxing on the lake (minus our boat day of tubing and racing around) For those looking for entertainment and restaurants and excitement, this is not the place. While there are plenty of things to do, this is a small community. Small places to eat and small shops, but huge heart and plenty of love. Beaches and busy life are an easy drive away. Lake life is our life! Wish we could join in and become a local! Maybe someday!"

"Very beautiful and clean house. Extremely family friendly with lots of games and activities. Loved waking up with a view of the water. And my kids really enjoyed the kayaks that are available for use. Host was excellent to deal with. Definitely looking forward to the next time we can stay."
