Automatic retractable cover provides a safe environment and keeps the water always crystal clear. Outdoor Sonos system will let you enjoy mellow tunes on the deck and in the double-sized, two-headed, open-roof outdoor shower.

Inside, the top floor boasts the "Grand Master" bedroom with walls of glass boasting gorgeous partial ocean views from your queen size canopy bed, dedicated Sonos speaker system, in-wall a/c and Haiku smart fan. Hiding behind a sliding reclaimed wood panel is an ensuite bathroom with Japanese freestanding soaking tub that awaits you after a long day at the beach. The "Grand Master" ensuite bathroom has a full-size double sink for his and her use.

Your family will be able to relax in the generous living space that includes a 65" 4K smart TV and Sonos sound bar or have appetizers outside on the top deck at the 12 person dining table. The living room is airy and open, with a high, dramatically slanted ceiling with exposed joists, architectural cable-rail staircase and three large sliding glass doors leading to a sunny deck on the top floor. Oversized umbrellas on the deck will keep you shaded when the sun gets hot during the day. Right off the living room, the dining area also has an extendable table for 12.

The custom built stainless steel chef's kitchen comes with white quartz countertops and a 64" massive refrigerator and freezer that will allow you to stock up for your stay. Choose to make your meals inside with a professional induction range or outside on the 7 burner Weber grill in our 400sf top deck overlooking the ocean. Ample cooking and baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help and music control with the Amazon Echo Show conveniently located on the counter.

When it's time to retire, everyone will be comfortable (sleeps 12). The "Sea Glass Master" bedroom (downstairs) has an in-wall a/c, Haiku smart fan and also has an en-suite bathroom with frameless glass rain shower combined with European hand shower wand above a genuine Fire Island hand-collected, tumbled rock floor.

Additional welcoming 3 bedrooms will let your extended family enjoy the magic of Fire Island within their own space (including 1 queen "Surf Room", 2 twins "Deer Room" and a "Bunk Room" with 4 twins - kids toys & games included). Each room has a Haiku Smart ceiling fan, in-wall a/c, their own individual Sonos speaker system and 4 in-wall USB charging ports for electronics. Masters also have additional dedicated charging stations/alarm clocks on the nightstands. The entire home has Mesh WiFi with 500/500 Fios internet for blazing fast speeds.

No need to fight for the one of the two outdoor showers, as the additional downstairs bathroom with a tub and shower make a great place to rinse the kids off too. A full size LG Washer & Dryer system right off the entry hall will keep your clothes fresh for the summer days ahead.

Getting around is easy as our home is fully equipped with 10 custom adult beach cruisers (one fat tire bike), 4 children bicycles and an additional 2 child carrier that attaches to a beach cruiser. 12 Tommy Bahama backpack/cooler beach chairs, 12 dedicated quick-dry, sand-free beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 Shibumi shades will keep you fully stocked on the sand. Fire Island has no cars in the summer, so the kids can walk and bike safely.
