Although it’s just two minutes off the main road, this place is extremely quiet and you feel like you’re on an exotic tropical vacation. The rooms are very light and comfortable.

Overall conditions were not bad, but it was a bit cold and the bathroom is quite tiny. Also, unfortunately, I found a big cockroach.

Hi Brendan, thanks for your review. Unfortunately with all the rain we have had in Kerikeri we have experienced some bugs coming inside, please be assured that we keep to a strict bug spraying routine. We also have many different room types with larger bathrooms and all different facilities available.

Hidden gem right in middle of town , small room but perfect for a traveller and sure they had bigger rooms available elsewhere. Not really any decent eat out food around close by after 7:30 pm unless you count Maccas or pubs etc but not the hotels fault

A very disappointing stay....the room did not have any A/C, it was hot. It was noisy, very outdated, one of the worst motels to stay. I stayed for 4 nights and I couldn't have any good sleep during my stay. I'm usually not a picky person but I will not recommend this motel. Don't be deceived by the pictures of a swimming pool.

Please dont hesitate to mention any problems you may have with our staff we will always try our best to accommodate your requests. We have a wide range of room types with all different facilities, if we had known we could have moved you to a room with air con.

Hi Pat, we have a wide range of room types available the room you chose is a garden view studio designed for our corporate guests who typically stay one night and prefer new modern furnishings and up to date technology rather than a lot of space. These rooms are newly built end of 2019. As your visit was for 3 nights it was probably not suitable for your needs. We wish you had mentioned this while you were here as we would have happily upgraded you to a larger room. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have anything you are not satisfied with. Our staff are all very approachable and try hard to provide the best service.

Away on business, booked two rooms on same booking. Booked with advance notice, so would have liked to have been side-by side, not requested but would have thought obvious, although we were close. Would have also liked fresh milk, instead of the UHT. However, staff friendly, and accommodated us checking in late.

A really nice stay in the heart of Kerikeri. Property was very well renovated and looked great. Very grateful for the comfortable bed and the lovely room. Nice and easy to stroll into town for breakfast or dinner. We will definitely come back again.

I had some left over fish and chips which I thought I could fry up. While pots and pans were provided in the unit there was no stove? There was a microwave and I used that but had to throw the fish and chips away. Also a bit disappointing but perhaps understandable in the covid environment, three of us booked in. Only myself could keep the booking. It would have been nice to have had a refund on the guest fee.

Good choice for a stay in kerikeri with variety of room options, good condition furnishings and utilities. Nice outdoor area and good pool and spa location. Honestly would definitely stay there again when in kerikeri. Recommended

the property is in walking distance to the town center and the fabulous walking track by the river. we really loved it. only issue we had was you can hear noise from other apartments.
