Booking confirmed. Drove 45 minutes to property for the front desk to tell me no available rooms. Then why confirm? Least i didn’t get charged.

Booked through Expedia and the check-in / out processes were very easy and fast. The room was impressively clean and well cared for. The street noise from obnoxious drivers was disturbing for a light sleeper but turned the AC to fan on and helped drown out the noise. My dissatisfaction resides in no breakfast although advertised on the site as Continental Breakfast included. I mentioned this to the manager at checkout and his reason was Covid.. We are way beyond that being an acceptable excuse, as all other accommodations I stay at offer some form of breakfast.

Nice Room but BEDS ARE TOO HIGH!!!!!

The room was clean & fairly comfortable, with a working kitchen and full-size refrigerator. BUT THE BED WAS 3 FEET HIGH (!!!), WITH A 12+~INCH THICK MATTRESS!!! EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ACCESSIBLE, THE BED WAS NOT!!! THE ONLY PERSON WHO COULD SIT COMFORTABLY ON A BED THAT HIGH WOULD BE A PRO-BASKETBALL PLAYER!!! For a handicapped individual, it is impossible!! Please Use matteresses that are NOT more than 8-inches thick and box-springs that are no more than 8-10 inches thick!!! I would rather sleep on a futon so I don't break my neck trying to get in and out of bed!!!!!!!

Very quiet and clean, our room was located on 1st floor very convenient and we had abfull size refrigerator with microwave. Everything is great here and will definitely be staying here again and felling all our co-workers and friends. Never once did we see an insect or any bugs very clean room and property.

We couldn’t get checked in on time and I need a floor level room and was told to call the home office to change it. I pushed back until he gave me the room I need. The floors we wet from what seemed like sweating caused by the A/C and the tub was dangerously slippery. Wouldn’t stay in a Scottish Inn again.

Wish it was better.

I was charged and extra 50 dollars. Then they wouldn’t take my debit card. I wish it would have said I have to pay extra when I book this room . Inside the room was hot and the toilet doesn’t flush.

No breakfast at all despite what website said. First room we were assigned smelled like meth. Second room smelled clean but the fire alarm kept beeping. Someone came and put a battery in when we complained

Full size fridge and freezer were nice. The owners were friendly and helpful. My only issue was the deadbolt for my room wasn’t working properly, but the top security latch did so it still helped. For the price it’s impressive considering I’ve received less at more expensive places!

They under promised and over delivered. - The add said there was a microwave and refrigerator. There was a actually a kitchenette (present surprise). There was no carpet to hold the dirt, but a light tan tile that was clean and held no odors. The staff was helpful and kept the facilities neat and clean. - I had a great stay...

Ok if the price is right

Great hotel room wise and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the price fluctuations and the parking. If you decide to go have a late dinner good luck finding parking other than way in the back.
