This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath is minutes from the nearby boat ramps for you to enjoy the day fishing in Matagorda Bay for trout, redfish, and flounder. If you prefer deeper waters take Mitchells cut toward the oil rigs for red snapper.

Sargent Beach is only 1.5 miles and is a wonderful way to spend the day with family and friends. You can also catch blacktip sharks and bull reds with a surf rod.

Will definitely be back!

This property was amazing! We had access to the canal for fishing and a little spot with a grill. We got to see so many cool ocean creatures and spend our weekend relaxing with good company. The house was spectacular and so clean and cozy.
