Large deck overlooks Caney Creek. There is a private boat dock and a nearby boat launch. It is close to the beach and great fishing in East Matagorda Bay and the Gulf. The Gulf and the Bay are only 10 minutes away by boat.
The house is not fancy, but comfortable with a unique floor plan.
