"Couple things. The room I was given was fine. One of the things I always look at is the bathroom, which was clean and reasonably well-maintained. However, the telephone in my room did not work. When the desk contacted me, I could hear the person at the other end but she could not hear me. That was a problem because I was expecting a call from another guest I was meeting for our evening meal. Not the worst thing, we got it sorted."
