In the hamlet Oltrefiume 800 m from the centre of Baveno, 3.8 km from the centre of Stresa, 100 km from the centre of Mailand, in a quiet position, 1 km from the lake. 30 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "baveno" 1.1 km, railway station "Baveno" 1 km, grass beach 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km, mountain railway 4 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fedore 1.5 km, Villa Henfrey Branca 14 km, Isole Borromee, SS. Gervaso e Protaso, Museo Granum. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mergozzo. Hiking paths: Mottarone. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 13 km.

Wir haben den Strand und das baden sehr genossen. Im Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden wieder buchen. Die Lage ist ruhig und man fühlt sich dort einheimisch. Der Blick aus dem Fenster - ich habe ihn geliebt!

Appartement agréable pour visiter le lac majeur. 3 chambres et un vaste salon / salle à manger. Le lac et Baveno sont accessibles à pied. Pas de difficultés pour se garer. Merci pour ce séjour.

Fantastisch verblijf in prachtig Baveno

Heerlijke week gehad in onze typisch Italiaanse vakantiewoning in een rustig deel van Baveno. Heel gastvrij ontvangen door de gastvrouw. Woning was van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes en schoon. En ook ruim met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Baveno en Lago Maggiore zijn prachtig en daarnaast nog uitstapjes gemaakt. De kerkklok luidt ‘s ochtends en 1 avond was het rumoerig buiten, verder heel stil. Enig nadeel zijn de muggen. En er is geen ventilator of airco waardoor het soms erg warm was met slapen. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Het is een prachtige plek waar er erg van genoten hebben.

Sehr ruhige uns saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen steht sie gerne zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen, ohne dass gleich ein KFZ benötigt. wird.
