"The one thing to remember about this property is it is not in rattlesdorf.It is in mursbach. It is across the street from a beer garden, so it can get a little bit noisy. There was no soap other than dish soap on the property so that made it a little inconvenient. Other than that, it was very clean.And the owner was super sweet."

"Very friendly professional staff and good amenities. Less than perfect was the cost of breakfast (22 euro/day) and car parking (25 euro/day). Very expensive when added on to the price of 2 nights. Breakfast was very good. Hotel in very good condition. Service in restaurant was slow and food was a bit cold when it arrived. Biggest downside was the IT. A link to check on line asked me to send an email to *****@******. So that was no use. Lost count of how many times I tried to enter my email. I did in the end but still had to check in on arrival. Similar link to checkout didn’t work. I needed to add parking and breakfast but couldn’t again 👿. Lady on desk was helpful but experience was already spoilt by IT. It could be an Expedia problem? Or hotel not working with Expedia IT. Needs sorting."
