Beautiful view of Baume les Messieurs

In a neoclassical property with an exceptional location, a charming, completely independent 18th century pavilion has just been built. In the spirit of an artist's studio of the nineteenth century, the decoration brings together quality objects with a history. Part of a private park of romantic style of two hectares with at its ends two viewpoints offering one of the most beautiful views of the Jura on the remote Baume les Messieurs. With an independent entrance and an independent garden, this pavilion is like a loft with a big stay including a kitchen in island. on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. On the floor a room in the roof spaces opened on the stay.

Une erreur dans l'annonce

L'annonce stipulait qu'il y avait trois chambres, alors qu'en fait il n'y en avait que deux ! Du coup quelqu'un a dormi sur le canapé ( qui n'est pas un canapé lit) En expliquant cela au propriétaire, il a modifié d'emblée son annonce (maintenant c'est deux chambres) Donc non seulement nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise en arrivant, mais en plus le propriétaire n'a pas daigné s'excuser pour la gêne occasionnée ! À noter également que la literie est en piteux état, à se demander si c'était propre, car le logement lui ne l'était pas... Dommage car le bâtiment est très joli, avec un extérieur donnant sur une magnifique vue panoramique ! PS: si le temps est mauvais, prévoyez de la lecture car la télé ne fonctionne que quand elle veut...

Lieu enchanteur

Reconversion très réussie d'une dépendence d'un pavillon du XVIIIieme siècle. Meublé avec goût, esprit "loft" avec la mezzanine, propreté irréprochable, équipment au top et site à tout simplement à couper le souffle avec panorama plongeant sur les falaises et le village de Baume les Messieurs. Multiple options de randonnées à partir de la maison et dans la région. Maison au top pour des vacances réussies !

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Wohnung eher Geschmackssache.

Die Wohnung in einem kleinen Weiler oberhalb des "Cirque" ist wohl eine umgebaute und renovierte Scheune oder Remise neben dem eigentlichen, zu unserer Zeit nicht bewohnten Haupthaus. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus Wohnküche, einem winzigen zweiten Schlafraum inkl. Schrankwand, Dusche mit WC. Das Doppelbett steht auf einer nachträglich eingezogenen Galerie. Die recht originelle Einrichtung aus bunt zusammengewürfeltem Mobiliar ist witzig, aber nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Ganze hat den Eindruck eines wilden Großeinkaufs auf dem Flohmarkt (Anmerkung; wir sind beide über 60 Jahre alt). Das Höhenverhältnis von Esstisch und Stühle stimmte u. E. nicht; die ganze Sitzgarnitur ziemlich unbequem. Die Küche ist ein Block mit u.a. Spül/Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, 2- Plattenherd, Mini-Backofen. Mikrowelle im Schrank versteckt. Alles etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Das sehr enge WC ist unter der Galerietreppe eingezwängt und äußerst unbequem, zumal das Waschbecken auch noch schmerzhaft im Wege ist. Außerdem war der Toilettensitz defekt. Der daneben liegende Mini-Schlafraum (quasi ein ummauertes Doppelbett) mit nicht nutzbarer Türe ist eher für Kinder zumutbar. Das Doppelbett auf der Galerie hatte eine sehr gute Matratze. Auf der Galerie nur offene Regale, kein Schrank. Problem: Lüftung nur durch Öffnen der ebenerdigen, nahezu raumhohen und nicht schräg zu stellenden Doppel-Flügeltüren möglich, so dass jedes Getier nach Lust und Laune eindringen kann. Fanden wir äußerst unangenehm, trotz des Ventilators auf der Galerie. Sehr sauber war alles nicht, insbesondere die Scheiben der Flügeltüren waren wohl schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden. Im Gartenteil zwei magere, lieblose Sitzplätze ohne Sonnenschirm und Liege. Die zweifelsohne grandiose Aussicht ist über eine große Wiese erreichbar. Dort zusätzlich Mobiliar zum Verweilen. Parken auf einer Grünfläche zwischen Mauer und Straße. Um die Wohnung herum wirklich sehr schöne und gut beschilderte Wanderwege. Schwierig, das Ganze in einer pointierten Bewertung zusammenzufassen.
