They consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and were always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. Our room was cleaned daily, and we loved coming back to fresh towels and the thoughtful turndown service each evening. It really added a special touch to the stay. The property is in a great location—you can easily walk to nearby cafés and restaurants. If you want to explore more, it’s a quick motorbike or taxi ride to the Ubud Market, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle which makes getting around very convenient. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the pool area was one of our favorite parts. It was never crowded, which made it feel like you had your own peaceful infinity pool. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here. If you’re visiting Ubud and looking for a relaxing, beautiful place with exceptional service, you won’t regret it!"
