Very out-dated hotel. Don't believe the pictures.

This is a highly out-dated hotel. Its certainly not 5*. The carpet was worn and stale. I felt uncomfortable moving around in the room. Mosquitoes ensured my sleep was also miserable.

Terrible service but great room with awesome view

So let's get the negative out the way to start. Check-in time is 2 pm. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready which was obviously understandable. We left our car in their free parking, our luggage at the desk and went out for a bite to eat. When we came back at 2:10, our luggage was by the desk unattended and not in a back room and our room was still not ready. We had to wait until 2:30 for our room. Was there any form of apology ? Nope ! And to top it off, the floor of the room was still wet when we got there... Now the room itself was awesome. Fully renovated, large, comfy bed, great TV selection, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a large closet and a balcony with view on the Black Sea (as all rooms do). The rest of the hotel also needs to be renovated however. For some reason, breakfast is served late (from our point of view) in a lot of hotels in Georgia : 9 am. This was an issue especially since we wanted an early start to our day. The buffet was so-so with too many (hungry ?) people trying to get their share at once. A note : juice does not equal water + syrup...

Excellent location and value for money

Although the hotel is old, the rooms are kept clean and services offerred was great. The prime attraction was the location which is directly accessible to the beach and the boulevard and required facilities including pool and spa. The hotel also arranged for our travel PCR test directly ftom our room which was very convenient.

Great service, good breakfast. The supreme room was big and clean. Tea, coffee and bottles of water was waiting in the room. Heated poll and wonderful massage in the hotel spa. 15 minutes walk to Batumi mall, close to restaurants, beach

The most unique feature of this hotel is location, location, location! All rooms are facing Black sea. Another great feature is breakfast buffet. Good variety of salads, caviar, cheese, cold cuts, hot breakfast dishes, fruits, pastries!

Отель очень понравился. Достаточные по размеру чистые и светлые номера с балконами с видом на море, прекрасный завтрак с красной и черной икрой. СПА маленький, но симпатичный. Пляж рядом. Далековато от центра, но зато без казино. Правда, окружающие прибрежные рестораны не всегда отличаются адекватностью - могут на полную громкость включать техномузыку до 4 утра.

Relaxing stay

The hotel is well deigned and elegant. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view on the balcony. The pool, sauna and gym were excellently maintained with fresh towels and robes. The breakfast was excellent as well. All in all a relaxing stay!
