Suited my trip needs very well; ample parking; staff were very helpful with a welcome drink on arrival and the room included a few extras such as real coffee and home made brownies. Would stay there again if in the area. Very well located for visiting Sissinghurst and Great Dixter.

The room we had was very noisy. Would request a quite room next time

Very nice room although on the small side and the steep steps to the rooms with numerous doors to negotiate wasn't easy. Unfortunately the window would not open it would have been nice to have a little fresh air over night. Lovely meal at the pub downstairs and we were lucky to get overnight parking right outside the building, very central.

A beautiful little find in a beautiful village! The room was spacious and well made up - including a lovely clean bathroom! The staff were welcoming and friendly - especially Lisa who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was amazing - breakfast options were vast and serving size was very generous. Overall our best stay in the UK!

Amazing place to stay! The most comfortable bed. Bath and shower were awesome and the food from the restaurant was delicious!

A lovely English pub with lots of character in beautiful Winchelsea. We had room 3 which was spacious with a huge and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and we had a very good meal in the evening. I would highly recommend this place

A real treat to have the opportunity to stay in a 206 year property. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, staying here was a real treasure.

Breakfast was done very well.

The Kings Head Inn has some excellent reviews online, and I am very pleased to add mine to those. Although a little way out of town if you need to walk, it is well worth the trip. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and a lovely place to stay. Pleasant ambience in the dining room of the old 17th Century coaching Inn with the fireplaces lit up. Best of all are the meals - a filling breakfast with several choices is included in the room price, and represents really great value. Dinner (prepared in the...

Loved everything about the Wellington. Staff were all so friendly and helpful . Easy access to the waterfront - I will certainly always recommend to anyone to stay here

Lovely views in a quieter location just outside of the main Brighton Pier precinct.
