Spacious 5-bedroom home w/ hot tub - events allowed, lots of parking

Bring the whole group and stay in this large home w/ lots of room to entertain, or relax! Minutes from freeways making an easy commute to anywhere. PRIVATE hot tub. LOTS of parking, including RV. Enjoy two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit. Open and spacious living room/dining area.

Built in 1956, 2148 square feet located on a little over an acre. Ranch style home with a layout that allows privacy for all. Two wood burning fireplaces inside, large living room. Dining room and second smaller dining space in kitchen. Experience nature but only minutes away from town and freeways for easy commute. Listen to the crickets and frogs at night. Separate living space setup as studio/bedroom with separate entrance OR access from inside home at laundry room. Kitchen includes all appliances, even small appliances, and all utensils as well as pots and pans. Extremely kid friendly home, or great for just the adults too!

Portable AC units, ceiling fans, and box fans to keep cool.

High speed Wi-Fi (1200MBPS). 5 TVs so there doesn't have to be any arguments over what to watch! :)

Outside enjoy the expansive backyard and apple trees during the summer. Enjoy your own private hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor firepit.

Hot tub cleanings are done on the first Friday of every month, they will not disturb you, they have access from the yard.
