and hot tub were both open, however, at no fault of the hotel, there were too many younger guests not being properly watched by their parents, and a couple of them were being encouraged to jump and splash around, even though there were other guests (I would impose a limit on how many younger guests to parents), breakfast was excellent (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, corned beef, two different kinds of waffles, coffee, tea, juice, "

"Leaky roof on the 2nd floor with a bucket to collect water in the hallway. My shower had a ring of rust that was crusty around the drain (not just discoloration). The beds squeaked every time you moved in it.
