"It could have been cleaned a little better. There was other peoples hair in the shower and random places around the room along with other peoples personal effects found behind the curtains & under the bed and our room had a horrible smell. Otherwise, hotel was very well kept. Staff was VERY nice, polite, & professional. Handled everything promptly & professionally. Room service was amazing! Would stay again."
