"We got in late, and left early so we didn’t use the amenities. Our room and the hotel were both clean, and the staff was friendly. The checkout didn’t go super smooth, but all in all it was a nice place. I’d stay again."

"When my elderly mother arrived at check in. The lady at the front desk was so rude. My mother and aunt asked for a room close to the front entrance. Lady gave them room on 3rd floor furthest from elevators. Then my mother ask if they had a wheelchair due to the fact she was there going to Cleveland ..."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing."

We would've liked more toiletries, towels, a wine cork screw opener (I had to purchase one on my own when it should've been provided after the price we ended up paying) and the hot tub needed to be hotter. ..."
