The room was clean and spacious, the amenities significant, ample handicap parking, easy access from the main highway to shopping/ dining and hospital/ doctors offices! Breakfast was warm and filling. Staff was courteous and friendly. Will return, thank you for your hospitality.

There was hair in the bathtub, on the sink, and on shelves. When we were ready to bathe for the night is when we noticed. We called the front desk. No housekeeping was available. They offered for us to change rooms but I had my 2 80 year old aunts with me and one was already in bed. There were also not enough wash cloths. Very disappointing.

The Room I stayed in was both spacious and inviting. The Decor and Flooring was wonderful. The Bed slept very well. My only gripe was the difficulty getting onto the Property. Unbeknownst to me the Parking Area was being repaved and upon my arrival at 1:30 in the morning there were no signs to direct the traffic onto the property, there were cones set up blocking entrance to the turning in lane. It was a figure it out for yourself situation. When I asked the night person on duty why there were no signs, she barked at me stating there were signs all over the Property indicating the Parking areas were being redone the day of my arrival and the next. The only sign I saw was posted in the elevator. Having just arrived, there was no way of me knowing this and there was not a Sign posted at the Entrance to the property for New Guests.
