"Guayabo Lodge was amazing Friendly and safe environment. The gardens were well kept and the birding prospect was to a different level… spectacular, We saw birds that we just impressive. "

"Friendly staff. The breakfast choices were extremely limited; you couldn't get all the offerings. For example, they had ham, eggs, and cheese, but you could only choose 2 of the 3. It's already limited, yet you couldn't get everything. I paid for an extra person, yet there was no additional towel. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. There was a mini-fridge that was not plugged in or working."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable — such a great surprise! One of my favorite parts was the beautiful forest surroundings, where is thewe could see hummingbirds flying around all the time. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! "

"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

"We had a pleasant stay for one night. Room Was very clean and staff was pleasant and responsive. Lovely to hear the waves crashing at night "

"Very nice owners and the cabin was super clean and well equipped. The double bed is not very big, but it is comfortable. The entrance is from the main street and is a bit steep, but a 4x4 is not required, we drove the way up with a sedan. During the day, you can hear the trucks drive by on the main road, but at night it is mostly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing!"
