"Great hotel which was close to the harbour and walking distance to lots of eating and drinking places. Staff were amazing. Nice pool and gym. "

"The morning breakfast has a good variety of food. Bed was ok but pillows were a little soft. Internet access was good. They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also. A family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools, one for the kids also. Even have a kids room and daily kids activities."

The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located right next to Grand Batam Mall—making shopping and dining extremely convenient"
