"We booked three rooms, all 3 bathrooms had dirty showers-there was mold in the grouts one shower did not have hot water, one bedroom smelled like fieces, all three hotel room doors were difficult to open to the 90degree position. No irons in the rooms. Could not direct dial to family rooms without having the front desk transfer the call. Calling for luggage service was difficult. Had to ask an employee on the floor to help us on check out. "

"Everything is great except their donuts,it taste like they fried it using an old kind of oil.You can easily taste it from first bite.Rather than that,staff were all friendly and yes the rest of the food served in buffet dinner and breakfast are great.Will definitely come back on my next vacation."

"After 3 weeks moving around the Philippines and staying in 6 or 7 different hotels this one was the best by far. Quiet air-con that actually kept the room cool. Quiet fridge. Airport view from room (always something moving to look at. Double glazing so nice and quiet. Hot water and drains that work. Close to all Newport has to offer. Helpful, friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay there again. "

"The staff were always lovely. It’s close to the SM Mall of Asia. There’s a Jollibees and convenience store just downstairs and a lovely coffee shop, Filc, around the corner. Close to the airport. However, the rooms are small and a bit outdated. The aircon is old school and loud but it drowns out the noise from the busy road outside. The shower leaked so the bathroom floor gets wet. It was safe though. I would stay again for a short trip. "
