New apartment, air-conditioned, in a recent residence near the city centre of Bastia. 15 m2 terrace facing full south, sea and mountain view without overlooking neighbours.

The accommodation is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, microwave...) with a private parking space in the basement.

The apartment is located at the southern exit of Bastia, 10 minutes walk from the historic centre (Bastia citadel, old port).

Close to all shops, you have a bus and train service at the foot of the building. Bastia beaches are accessible in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot along the seafront.



The apartment is a T2 type (45 m²) on the 4th floor with elevator in a new residence (2013), 15 m2 terrace with sea and mountain view.

L'appartement est tres agréable et bien situé (10 min à pied du vieux port ). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Si nous revenons un jour à bastia nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

Für eine neue Wohnung ,schon einige kleinere Schäden. Einfahrt in die Kellergarage nur für kleine Fahrzeuge. Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war nett und freundlich......allerdings schlechter in Englisch möglich.Terrasse ebenfalls gut ausgestattet.

Schönes und super sauberes Appartement

Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Von der großen Terrasse hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Lage ist gut, so 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit! Kann einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

L’alloggio si trova a pochi km dal centro di bastia, è provvisto di tutti i comfort (macchina da caffè, aspirapolvere, lavatrice, phon e stoviglie) Florian e Christophe sono stati d aiuto aspettandoci per il check in e rilasciando info sul posto La casa è ideale per 2/3 persone e il balconcino vista mare è bellissimo

LOGEMENT TRES AGREABLE

Logement très agréable et propre. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Surprise : la place de parking est en sous-sol mais accès pour une petite voiture. Seul bémol, le bruit de la route au pied de l'immeuble très passagère mais on sait que c'est un appartement de ville.

Pour rayonner autour de Bastia

Bel emplacement pour se promener autour de Bastia , grand appartement, belle terrasse et stationnement sous terrain . Tout est neuf et moderne . Seul bémol prêt de rien a pied , il faut prendre la voiture ou la moto pour aller au centre ville ou si vieux port

Die Wohnung ist schwer zu finden, aber dafür sehr sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Den Balkon kann man sehr gut nutzen

appartement bien situé et proche du centre ville de Bastia. Pratiquement tous les déplacements peuvent se faire à pieds et il existe un service de bus. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel.
