This large two-storey townhouse is beautifully located in the town of Båstad and is the ideal place for a holiday with nature and city. Sleeping six people in two bedrooms, there is plenty of room for the family or a small travelling party.
Wake up refreshed in the morning and look out over the beautiful sea through the panoramic windows of the house. You'll want to get going straight away to make the most of the day. Before that, you should have a good breakfast in the large kitchen of the house. Or perhaps you would prefer to have breakfast in the garden in the bright sunshine? There are plenty of great options here, both in the countryside and in the city.
There are adventures and experiences a dime a dozen in the neighbourhood. If you want to do sports, you can play tennis or swim in the sea. You can also spend a great day in nature fishing along the coast or simply enjoying the beautiful countryside.

Ohne Renovierung nicht zu empfehlen
Wir waren drei Wochen in dem Haus. Es ist wie beschrieben groß und hat zwei Ebenen. Oben gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer eine recht große Küche mit Tür in den Vorgarten und dann ist da dieser wunderbare Wintergarten. Außerdem gibt’s eine Gästetoilette und einen Flur. Die Treppe nach unten führt zu einem Flur mit Schreibtisch und alten Bücherregal, zwei recht großen Schlafzimmern zum Garten hin. Außerdem gibt’s ein ordentliches Badezimmer und einen HWR mit Waschmaschine. Soweit, so gut.
Oben ist das Klima auch noch soweit angenehm, auch wenn alles schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Wintergarten ist an sonnigen Tagen super! Aber, unten hat sich über die Jahre ein Muff in Wänden und Möbeln festgesetzt, gegen den man nicht genug lüften kann. Das muss dringend komplett renoviert werden, sonst geht’s nicht mehr. Bei geschlossenen Fenster entsteht ein wirklich sehr unangenehmer Geruch, unter dem auch ich gelitten habe, obwohl meine Frau (die Arme) das viel feinere Näschen hat.
Also zusammengefasst: das Haus ist groß, hat einen tollen Wintergarten und eine super Lage, es muss aber jetzt erstmal renoviert werden und zwar gründlich, ansonsten können wir es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Båstad i efterårsferien
Et fint hus, med en fin beliggenhed i forhold til byen og de mange vandreruter på Hallandsås. Dejlige restauranter, selv i oktober, men badebroen var pillet ned. Den havde vi glædet os til. Fin kommunikation med ejeren om enkelte detaljer i huset. En fin oplevelse for 2 pensionister.
