It can accommodate up to 6 people and offers one bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and has an extra sofa bed which offers 2 additional sleeping spaces (linen and towels not provided for this sleeping space).

The accommodation is located in a quiet residence, and you have a free (unassigned) parking space. Bus lines are nearby.

This beautiful, spacious, and bright two-bedroom apartment is perfectly suited for stays of several weeks. Whether you're traveling for business, working remotely, or a student, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.

You'll appreciate my place for its space, amenities, and simplicity. Located in a residential area, many shops are nearby.

- A fully equipped kitchen: central island for breakfast overlooking the living room, baby chair to be fixed to the table, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils and dining area with dining table for six people, electric roller shutter.

- a first bedroom: 1 double bed 160X200, bedside tables, bedside lamps, armchair, wardrobe, mirror, travel cot, electric roller shutter, reversible air conditioning.

You will fully enjoy the region. Ideally located, just minutes from the surrounding mountain ranges such as the Bauges Massif or the Chartreuse, you can easily access the family resort of La Féclaz (20 min).

Cycle path nearby.

In winter, you can enjoy downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing, and in summer, numerous mountain biking and hiking trails. The accommodation is located not far from Aix-les-Bains (20 minutes) and Lake Bourget, with its beaches where swimming is very pleasant from May onwards.

Bassens is located in Savoie in the Chambéry agglomeration at the foot of the Nivolet and Mont Peney, peaks of the Bauges massif and regional park.

The accommodation is located in a rather residential area with easy road access leading to the various surrounding mountain ranges.

The Leysse River flows a few hundred meters from the accommodation (this river partly gives its name to the town of Saint Alban Leysse and flows into Lake Bourget). If you follow it upstream towards the place called "Le Bout du Monde" (The End of the World), you can recharge in a small, unspoiled natural setting at the foot of a small waterfall. This spot can be the starting point for several hikes or mountain bike rides.

You will also find several major retailers and shopping centers approximately 300 meters from the accommodation, which is less than a 10-minute walk.

Although very well located, due to its geographical position, it is preferable to come by car especially if you want to travel to the larger cities around (Aix Les Bains, Chambéry, Annecy, Grenoble, ...).
