"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "

"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "A beautiful hotel, but lifts not really working, work on the property started at 7.30am and there was no shower gel. Breakfast was good and the ambiance of the place is also very nice. I think they were having renovations, so once these are complete it will be very nice."

"Welcoming and very easy-going staff, very clean, good warm shower and the facility is well kept overall. The surroundings are picturesque and very calm. Their restaurant is just couple of minutes away and is a gem. I highly recommend to go there for a dinner you will not regret, the food is just delicious. You will have your breakfast in the same place and the breakfast itself is a special event. Free parking with plenty of space. Great place, thank you for a nice stay. "
