The rooms and rooftop are great, and the location is perfect if you are attending an event at the nearby conference center. However, you should stay away if you expect professional service. The staff is clueless and rude. They were disrespectful to my wife during check-in and proved their incompetence by failing to settle a simple bill at checkout. It is a very pretty hotel in a convenient spot, but the total lack of basic hospitality and staff professionalism makes it a place to avoid.

Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property. Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh).

Such a nice boutique hotel! Everything was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful :) Breakfast was also fresh and delicious!
