"J'ai choisie l'hôtel 4 étoiles a cause des services offerts comme le gym. Dans l'annonce il y a 2 tapis roulant pour s'entraîner. En réalité aucun fonctionnel et selon la réceptionniste ca fait des.mois que cela ne marche pas. Jai payé 36 euro em arrivant parcequil y avait une deuxième personnes avec moi. En sortant on me.dit aue je doit payer un autre 36 euro pour la deuxième personnes et aje me total devais etre 72 euros. Des frais cachés non justifié. Aucun responsable poir parler. On me dit on vous donne un émail rt envoyé une plainte une fois rendue a votre pays. Vraiment désastreux. Lhotel est bien situé mais.le.personnel n'offre pas de service et des frais quils ne peuvent expliquer. A éviter."

"Le studio confort n était pas aussi beau tel sur les photos. Les murs auraient besoin d une couche de peinture pour rafraichir. Quelque toiles d araignés et j ai eu droit a un comité d accueil formé de 3 coquerelles dans ma chambre le premier soir ! La reception n est pas a proximité des chambres et n a pas été simple a trouver. Cependant l endroit était adapté pour bien dormir et faire un mimimum de cuisine. Bien situé avec beaucoup de restaurants a proximité."

"PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle: we were told we could get it at the front desk with ID, only to be told later that we first need go back to our room to get a passport or other picture ID; i.e., a room key or the passport copy they took on check-in are not sufficient. In summary, we did not feel treated as valued guests, particularly since this is a very small property overall, with rather few guests. We will not return."

"The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal and restaurants. If you need a room for a night you can tough it out. The room was clean but needs refurbishing. Wifi connection was poor. There was no iron, fridge or station to make tea or coffee in the room. "
