Beautiful property, excellent location
Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost

Clean room and good, convenient location for the centre, about a 10 minute walk from the Grand Plage. Only criticism is that it would have been nice to have had a change of towels halfway through our stay. We were there 10 nights.

This is a residence. The hotel is average at best. Because it’s a residence the staff is not around all the time - specific times. And when I asked for a towel they wanted to charge me. So it’s not a real hotel. Would have rather stayed next door or at a real hotel. The residence was clean and quiet and that’s it.

The property is well located and within walking distance of local shops. But parking is a problem with a fee of 12 euros a day plus taxes. The apartment is well divided with good spaces. The kitchen is well equipped and eating in is real possibility. The furniture is mediocre and somewhat old. I liked the whole experience at this residence.

Hotel check in staff were amazing and very helpful, room was good, bathroom was new and very clean. The lounge was a little dirty, we had our 1 year old with us so only noticed as she was crawling around.

Great location. Within walking distance of everything. However, bedding was not comfortable. Also, wifi was not free. The staff was very nice but more information would be useful regarding bins (guests are expected to take their rubbish out before checking out but sorting system not clearly explained), wifi, cleaning expectation, etc... A good option for a family with young children.

The property is well located in Biarritz and close to amenities. However the room was located near the lift and breakfast area so it was noisy at times. Also the sofa bed did not look that clean. However the kitchen area and bathroom were both fine.

Ideal stay.
From check in to check out everything at this hotel was perfect. Service was amazing,room was clean and a good size and all attractions were within walking distance. We had an amazing stay. Nothing was to much trouble for the young lady at reception. Thanks.

Great place to syay
Biarritz even in the rain and off season is a fabulous destination. Enjoyed the bar Coupole (super burgers), the market and surroundings. The Aparthotel was warm, clean and comfortable and only 5 minutes walk from the Grande Plage. I will be back.

We visited in January 2019 whilst en-route from UK to Costa Blanca. Having an apartment with cooking facilities etc., suited our requirements with secure car parking en-site, and also being pet friendly. Situated in the town centre, everything was within an easy walk. Local shops were 2 minutes walk. Would certainly stay again if we repeat the journey. Pricing in January was superb.

Good accommodation
Had a great time in 'Biarritz. Accommodation good, clean well situated. We have stayed at Pierre Vacences several times before in various areas and they are usually really well equipped for cooking, unfortunately this property was not as well equipped as other properties, however we really enjoyed using the wellness suite and the sun terrace too was great. Balcony not worth having, we had an apartment which is supposed to sleep 4, balcony had 1 chair and no room for anymore so only 1 at a time could sit out. Only other issue was that we booked and paid for an appartment for 6 via hotel.com, but were only given an appartment for 4 which was not as spacious as we wanted as we were there for 2 weeks. Not sure if this is an issue with Pierre Vacences or hotel.com. When we queried this at reception we were just told ' well you have an apartment for 4 and there are only 2 of you. The point was we had paid more for a larger room. We could have chosen to book the smaller appartment and paid less! Again, not sure where the fault lies but has caused me to think again about using hotel.com. We have had 2 hiccups with bookings now.

Perfect place to stay in Biarritz!

This was a great experience staying in an apartment-hotel. We got a free upgrade to a balcony garden view, which was nice because the construction on the main street didn't bother us at all. The Rue Reine Victoria leads straight down to the beach, but it felt like the neighborhood was just outside the main tourist drag, which was great for us to have a bit of peace and quiet after a long day in the town! As it is an apartment, there is a bit of self-housekeeping that needs to be done, different to a regular hotel, but it is very minimal. We would definitely stay here again!

Good stay in a functional apartment hotel.
The stay in the hotel was good, but the road works outside the window were not good. One night they were tarring the road at 3am just outside our apartment. Admittedly warning was given and free breakfast offered. The kitchen area was very functional and enabled us to visit local supermarkets to make our own meals or eat out as we wished. There were no TV channels in English other than 2 stocks and shares channels.

Quiet, clean and comfortable - Highly Recommended!
What a great find! This apartment-hotel is on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Biarritz, with a bakery and small supermarket close by. Other hotels may look like a better location, but be warned that more central hotels are likely to be noisy and most don’t provide on-site parking. The studio room is thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a 2 ring hob, microwave, decent sized fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and even a small dishwasher! Blackout curtains a nice touch. Secure parking is less than half the rate of city car parks. Very polite and helpful staff. The free WiFi can be a bit slow, but you can upgrade to a paid premium service. Washer and dryer on site for longer stays and even a drying rack in room. I think they thought of everything! 5 stars, absolutely.

Good studio flat, pity about major constructio
The studio flat itself was very good - the small space really well organized with decent kitchenette, comfortable living area and nice little balcony. It was also in what would normally be a great location - close to the beach and all the city buzz. The problem was major construction going on on the road we were on - and that we weren’t warned about prior to arriving. As a result, the underground parking (which we had to pay for) was a nightmare to access. The noise and dust from the street made sitting on the balcony impossible. And there was a very loud and constant hum through the building ventilator system that made for additional discomfort. Without the noise and construction, this would be a great place to stay.

Good location, well equipped and comfortable.
Was relatively easy to find. Staff friendly, good location within easy reach of beach and city centre. Quiet at night. Biarritz itself was easy to get around with plenty to do in a weekend, also easy access to Spain within an hour by bus.

Well worth a visit
Comfortable room with well stocked kitchenette including a much appreciated Nespresso machine. Standard studio be small for 4 for longer than a weekend, but big enough for 2. Lovely area and close to local shops and beach. Well worth a visit.

Hotel is situated close to the beach, supermarkets, butchers, bakery , wine shop, bank/cash machine. Room very clean and air-conditioned. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when we return to Biarritz.

Had the best time, great location!
Just what we needed. Stayed there for four days. I think it's part of a time share system. Once they give you the key to your room, you are on your own, no housekeeping or towel change unless you pay extra. The mini hotel apt is SUPERBLY furnished. Small kitchen that even includes a dishwasher. Even has a vacuum cleaner. Plenty of space, large bathroom. Surfing theme decor. Very secure area right in the heart of this wonderful city. Quiet, working A/C. Only things that I would improve on would be a better system to dispose of garbage and provide garbage bags. Our unit was a bachelor pad. While the sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep on, it was a hassle to open and close....so we just left it open. A Murphy bed would have been a better option, with a smaller sofa or just a Love seat. Staff at front desk are very kind and polite. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rooms not suited to self-catering.
While the facilities were excellent, I don't think that self-catering was suitable for me. I dined out mostly and only used the facilities occasionally.A kettle/coffeemaker would have been sufficient for my needs. I had booked a room with two single beds as I was travelling alone. I was "upgraded" to a room with two double beds. No problem there as I was still alone. However, if four people had to share this room, there would have been problems as regards space and privacy. The double beds were of the fold-out variety, i.e. couch during the day and bed at night. Had both these beds been deployed at the same time, they would have taken up most of the space available in the room. Apart from the toilet and bathroom, everything was contained in the one room. This meant that if you wanted to do the self-catering thing you would be cooking in your sitting-room/ bedroom. While everything was of the highest quality, I would suggest that these rooms are not fit for purpose. They are too small to accommodate all that is expected to go into them. If there is a next time, I would consider just booking an ordinary hotel with or without breakfast.

The hotel is situated on a very good place, close to the centre and the beach. The rooms have all stuff that is needed to have a wonderful time. The customer service is brilliant.

I stayed here last year... everything was perfect hence me rebooking . Nice, clean, quiet and minutes from the sea, shops and restaurants. Great staff who made our whole experience easy.

Comfortable clean hotel close to city centre
We had a pleasant short stay in this hotel. Had everything we wish for, clean and conveniently located near to shops, beach and local transport. What we like most is has a fully equipped kitchen in the room and the staff are very friendly and accomodating.
