"Fantastic hotel in a perfect location in Port Vieux. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to Luc, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Biarritz."

"Benoit at the front desk was outstanding, gave us an upgrade for the first two nights to the quieter back rooms of the hotel. Also carried my wife’s suitcase up the stairs. Location is right in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, surrounded by restaurants only downside is the noise in hotel’s front rooms. We were amazed by this town and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again."
