"The house itself is fine. Clean and good parking.
The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap.
They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit.
So, be careful staining their towels "

"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"This place is great if you're looking for a motel to take a hooker. The paint on the roof was peeling and hanging from the ceiling, cockroaches in the room, there was no wifi, and the tv had only one channel that was staticy porn. I will say i was impressed my car didn't get broken into and that i didnt get crabs from the sheets. Ill count that as a win. I will never return or recommend this location."

"The staff was amazing and very friendly and courteous. The room and facilities were clean and tidy.
The parking was easy.
A Mexican restaurant and a Starbucks was literally in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient."

"This hotel is nice, staff is helpful and it’s clean. There are a lot of homeless people in the area but the hotel requires a key to get in after dark so it is fairly safe."
