"Cleanliness of the room was of highest standards, beds were made everyday, breakfast was great, loads of choice. The only small issue was parking situation, when most of the time we were able to get a free parking across the road from hotel, but due to celebrations in August, there were evenings, when we had to leave the car at nearby restaurant and walk back 10min, or else wait for someone to leave the parking spot."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. A huge thank you to the helpful staff for letting us check in early and check out late( we had long flight ) We spend 5 days in Sardinia .The service was outstanding , the hotel is clean and the delicious breakfast was the perfect bonus. 10/10 experience!"

"We arrived and were told there was a problem with an aircon, but will be sorted within a day. We came for 10 nights, after couple of days there was no communication from reception regarding the air con, was super hot, after few days we asked for a fun , were told they don’t have it. On the fourth day we got the gin, on the fifth day air con finally worked. There was a change of game, so much better,shame we lost half of our stay without air con. Breakfast was every day the same ,literally no changes, hot food were tasteless . One day we asked chef to cook to order poached eggs , they were awful :(breakfast finishing at 10a.m, on the dot they clean everything so be aware, even we came once 9:45 and there was not much left, as they haven’t refilled anything .Staff not too friendly ( apart of the cleaners as they were super nice) bar staff ignoring guests , I did wait 10 min ,and there were like four bar staff ,one other guest ,and no one even acknowledge me, like I was not there. Loads don’t speak English , so difficult to communicate also .Disappointed and would not go back there , as lack of friendliness ,communication,helpfulness and not flexibility with guests being on holidays ."

"I stayed for nine nights, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were outstanding, housekeeping always adapted to our needs, and the room facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated that the air conditioning could be adjusted precisely to our preferred temperature, which is surprisingly uncommon. The entire team was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gabriel, who made my daughter feel truly special by preparing her bedtime milk at exactly the temperature she liked, and to Niccola, who introduced me to the world of grappa. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even more memorable."

"The hotel is made up of small blocks dotted around the main hotel building and pool. The hotel is on top of a very steep hill and really if you stay here you will want to have a car or be prepared to pay for taxi's to go anywhere. You also need to ensure you have a room positioned at the same level as the main building if you have any mobility issues as there were steep inclines and steps to navigate to reach our room. That being said we were delighted with the hotel, our room was lovely, good size, with a great view from the terrace. The restaurant is of high quality food and is great for fine dining. The staff were great, service was excellent and helpful."
