"The family room had 2 double beds and one of them was a sofa bed with a not very good mattress. My husband shared this with our eldest son and had a terrible nights sleep. The other bed which I shared with my other younger son was really comfortable. An option for single beds for the kids would have been preferred. Apart from this the room was good value for money, the staff were really helpful and we had a lovely stay."

"Although the outside of the hotel was very tired the location was good and the staff were very helpful. The rooms themselves were very clean if basic, the bed was comfortable & the shower was excellent. Good value for money. "

"While the staff and hotel facilities were excellent, the biggest disappointment was the huge number of flies allowed to congregate over the breakfast items. Literally everything was covered in them. There was no interest from staff to manage the situation. We ate the granola that was stored in jars, but that was it."

"Stayed here while travelling by car to Italy. Good and quiet location outside Nancy, hotel located next to lovely park, plenty space for parking. Nice room, very clean. Staff very nice and helpful, please note that this hotel has an excellent policy of employing some staff who have special needs. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good, limited choice but what we had was good quality at a very fair price. Breakfast fine but there could have been more choice, the usual coffee out of a machine which is never quite as good as the home-made variety."
